Hi, I am going to be installing my subwoofer amp on the stock radio of my buick regal gs. I bought a Peripheral SVEN2 line out converter and im wondering...
1. If I should splice the wires from the LOC into the rear speaker wires in the trunk, after the factory amplifier or if i should splice them into the wires in front of the head unit before they go to the monsoon amplifier thing? I guess my main question here is does it matter? Im looking for the best sound quality I can get!
2. There is a ground (Black) wire going into the input of the LOC and out the output, do i need to connect this...? both sides...? I dont get it?
3. Is this thing really worth the 20 bucks I paid for it? Why not go and splice one end of an rca cable to the two rear speakers anyways and take this thing back to the store?
I really appreciate any feedback on this issue. Thank you fellow car audio fanatics!
