any more info on the alternator? (what rpm = what amperage)

Does this fit a 2000 F-150? - The alternator on that car oddly is the same as my small zx2 escort which ports a nice 70 or 90amp (don't remember) but I need more.

no info other than it's a stock ford alternator. and it fits 4.6-5.4 liter engines..

no references on here..over 100 on ebay with 100% pos feedback..anything i have for sale here can be made into a buy itnow auction there if it makes you more comfortabe doing it that way,
