when closed how much space is there between the screen and the back(the broken part) is there atleast a 1/16"

yes, i planned on adding a beauty peice over it so all that mess is covered up, but im too lazy to install this, or the other monitor lol.

yes it can still hold it, but i have alot of bass, so i planned on adding a lil support peice anyway.

Ya I plan to has the Big mouth Bass firing up and the roof will be taking some abuse in a truck and I wouldn't want that thing to snap off..

yeah i had a 15" back when i had my expedition and the roof flexed alot, but i made a mdf peice inside the headliner to help support it.
