2 x 12" Dual 4ohm wired to 1ohm multimeter shows 2 ohms?

I got 2 Massive Audio Kilo 124 paralleled wired to 1ohms but when I read it with my multimeter it shows up as 2ohms.

My amp is rated at 1200.1 Mono D (NVX 1200.1 JAD)

What did I do wrong?

(not my first time wiring, I wired them just like my alpine type r that read 1ohm)

Already did they both read around 4.0 ohms.

You have to check the resistance of your leads and then subtract that from the ohms displayed on the meter. Maybe you have some crappy leads on the other meter.
