2 w7 13.5"s or 2 mmats 15" juggernauts

hi i am looking to put a loud system in my car but i want sound quality to be good too. i want it to take your breath away on every beat and i was told by two different ppl that i should do 2 jl w7 13.5 or 2 mmats juggernaut 15's of course i will pair them with jl amps or mmats amps. but i just want to know how they compare to each other.
