Highly doubt anyone is going to let go of their SA-8 V.2. Everyone jumped on them and put in so many pre-orders to have them shipped out several months down the road, Jacob had to close the pre-order down early. Your best bet is to buy them new. I'd be highly surprised if I saw anyone letting go their SA-8 V.2
