So far Im planning on running a single 10" with a 600 watt amp @ 4 ohms.
I plan on getting an amp that will do 600 RMS @ 4 ohms/ 1100+ @ 2 ohms so that if the one 10" isn't enough I can grab another 10" and run them both together at 2 ohm.
I've heard some good things about RE 8's and was wondering what would sound better? One or two 10" subs or 2 - 4 RE 8's? With all the amp choices out there, i'd be looking for one that's RMS is around the same as whatever sub/subs could handle. 4 RE's are around $200 and one L7 10" is on sale for $200 at zeb.com.
I was just curious because of some room constraints. I think I can fit 2 RE 8's into the panel that used to hold the stock mach 8" sub. Stealth is a good thing in Los Angeles. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
