putting (2) 2" port (pvc pipe) on the bottom passenger side.

the box is 1.6^3 after displacements (other than the port obviously)

how long in inches will the pvc pipe need to be in the box?

im slightly confused on how you got the ft^3 number. is that a 4" top and 7" bottom depth? here are my numbers based on 0.75 enclosure thickness:

gross volume: 1.114 ft^3

net volume (not including sub displacement but accounting for the port): 1.073 ft^3

port area (2" ports time 2): 6.283 in^2

port length: 11.387"

assuming that you had wwo of these enclosures with one 2" port per enclosure, then the port length would be 4.753"

so what is it?

Your math is off, that box is 1.114 cubes with NO displacements assuming

the measurements are correct (40x14x4-d1x7-d2)

I just used the Rockford fosgate measurement thing.

you didnt say aeros, that makes a diff too (unless i missed it) but you sure on the 2"?
