If you port those and give them twice the power your giving now you'll most definetly get louder. Your not even giving those subs have there rated rms power. You really need to give each of those 1,000 watts *EACH*! I would just give those more power and build a new box and you'll be set....

I'm kind of a big deal...
My advice to you is go with a bigger box and just add a 1000/1 to each sub. Give each sub 5 cubes roughly and put a slash on each one and youll be happier than with 4 sealed. trust me
sell that amp for like 500 get a orion 2500d for like 425. And spend the extra 75 dollars you have left over for building a couple enclosures see which one you like best ie. 4-4.5 net each tuned 33-37 hz are perfect for those subs and look at it this way you wont spend any money.
15-18cubes with 200sqin of port would be a whole lot o box. I could only imagine it would be noticeably louder too.

honestly the xb doesn't really have a big trunk, if he is goin to do 2 he will have to have a tall box in their, i would just run 1 15" in a proper ported box...
