The BRz is a just a better amp. It's the Brutus series as opposed to the HFi series. You can get a 1200.1 Brutus for 160 bucks off Amazon for 160 bucks.

im confused about this "You can wire these to 1 ohm or 4 ohm" and "It will pull a 2 ohm load from your amplifier...."

so i can wire them to 4 ohm but it will put a 2ohm load on my amplifier? anyone care to explain this or link me to a tutorial maybe so i can better understand

thanks alot man... so i can wire my two 2 ohms subs DVC to either .5/2/8ohms depending on what my amplifier is stable too

By pc I meant a piece. Like they can take 500 a piece. Here's a wiring diagram that will help you a lot. Just happens to be from Rockford Fosgate. Follow it for a 2 ohm load and you'll golden.

wired for 2 ohm load should give me more than enough power for my subs, ive heard of this amps overheating on reviews so i hope it will help.

Not bad. Only other question I have is are you sure your electrical can take that? Pretty beefy amp. I drive a '99 Monte Carlo with the Big 3 and a 4 gauge amp kit and I don't think I'd attempt to run that amp without another battery at least.... Although at a 2 ohm load it should run pretty efficiently.

thank you everybody for your help!... and i have 2 pretty big batteries and a line driver so im pretty sure it can handle it just fine, also 4 gauge kit...

how do all of you ground your amps? with a fresh bolt to the chassis with paint removed? or simply a strong stock bolt?

im not sure if ive upgraded my alternator... that is part of the big 3 correct? i have a 2010 camaro ss so im thinking it should handle it just fine
