2 Kicker L5 12"s box design

So I have two 08 kicker L5 12"s in the kicker box but the cardboard port is falling apart and I would like to build a new box tuned to about 32 hz. I have a jeep cherokee and am willing to give up my whole trunk to have low, loud, and somewhat decent quality bass.

here are the specs.

trunk area-26"(wide) 19"(high) 42"(long)

amp-hifonics 1608, 1100 watts at two ohms

Can anyone help me with plans? Is 32hz a good frequency? What size screws and 3/4" MDF?

Here is a concept I just made for you to look at. 6ft^3, tuned at 32. Kicker specs is 3.25 per sub. i can modify it and make it 6.5(be around 2-3" longer).
