2 Infinity Perfect 12's vs 1 Hifonics Altas 12

I just got an old 1997 Infinity Q45t for my niece. I've had these subs laying around and can't decide which. I think my niece would prefer SPL before SQ. The amp is a Kicker zx1500.1. The Perfects would be in 4 cubes @ 32hz and the Atlas would be in 2.5-3 cubes at 32hz. Both setups call for smaller enclosures, but the recommended seems too small imo. I want to know which will have the most SPL? The highs and mids are Jbl p660c(front) and Infiniti 52.9i(rear).

Atlas has a 3" coil and is 900rms

I know the Perfects will sound better, but I doubt their Spl abilities?

Perfects are 350rms a piece.

The perfects will be louder and cleaner periods but they will take up more space.
