what kind of bass do you like?

But yes, the pair would be slightly more efficient due to power compression on the 1000 watt setup if nothing else. The two at half power would last a good while longer than would a single on 1kwt as well.

IMO, porting and ID Max is a crime. Leave it sealed, they perform fantastically in sealed boxes.

They are also EXCELLENT drivers for IB applications, although most users are not willing to go that route.
