2 hdc3 12's copper or 1 hdc4 15

I'm not sure which one would be be better for my ride (2012 scion xb) I plan on running a soundqubed q2200 I listen to rap/hip hop and Spanish music I like deep hitting bass and im not sure which ones to buy. I'm looking for some one to help me out between the two that has experience with this brand...

I'd say 2 hdc3's for that power maybe. But I know the hdc4s are amazing subs and are made better than the hdc3s by quite a bit. I think the softparts are better. I know they can take quite a bit of power and get loud and have not heard many bad things about em. But never owned either. So someone who's owned em should join in. Haha

Yes the pair would be louder on that power although its not really enough power for either option

I had seen on other posts that they need a lot of breathing space for this brand... Do u have experience making boxes for two 12's or should I create a new post for help on the box size and measurements ?

Yes they like big boxes with alot of port even more so when u arent throwing alot of power at them...like 4.5-5 cubes with 16-18" 2 of port...hit up one of the box buildrs on here they can get you a design or even build it and ship it to u
