They will be in a 4.4cube box tuned to 33-34Hz powered by a ZX2500. The box will be a center console in an '05 chevy crew cab.

Both are good subs, but with your power, I would suggest the LVL 4 12", they will be quite impressive off 1200w each. I had a LVL 4 18" off a Kicker 1200.1 and it was quite loud and low.

The AQ are nice subs, but honestly they will want more power than that. Is not that they need it, its just the DCs would make better use of that power range.

The hdc3 handles more power than lvl 4 so the answer is odvious! And I'm pritty shure the hdc3 motor is a bit more power ful than the lvl 4

The Level 4's will excel in that environment. perfect power for them, perfect tuning for them, good space.

I don't plan on getting the Lvl 5 motors at this time since money is limited, but I do plan, later down the line to get more power though.
