2 FI BL 15"s Off a hifonics bxi1606?

You think the hifonics amp would push these subs pretty good? It seems better to me than the 2 CVs i had, actually traded them for these 2 FIs and 200$. Thinking about going with 2 hifonics amps instead of the one im running though. Ive got a custom box about 4 cubes tuned to 35hz built with 2 of these subs with 2 4" ports with blowthrough holes through the backseat in my catalina. (box is in the trunk) Should i add another port? Thinking about building a diff box but i just got this one built. What are the differences between slot and circular ports? Im also thinking about upgrading to 2 FI BL 18s, how much of a difference you think i would notice?

It wont be horrible but the subs candle handle that amp each easy

^^ yea i was gonna do the same with 2 15" Fi Q BUT when i suggested the 2 hifi's instead of a Kicker ZX2500.1, they said the kicker the only way to go...

Is that box you have 4ft^3 for each sub or total? If thats total then I would definitely recommend getting a much larger box for those subs.

Also, many say the hifonics amps are overrated, and the birthsheets for all the kicker amps ive seen have been higher then the rms. If you can i would recommend the kicker vs the two hifonics amps.

ahh throw a 2500.1 on each one! jk i think 1500+ on each will be okay
