2 dvc subs bridged to a two channel amp?

i was thinking of wiring my two 6 ohm dvc subs to my two channel amp in parallel, giving out a 6 ohm load then bridging it to my amp. Is this a good idea?

You'll get a lesser output than the amp is rated for @ 4 Ohms mono bridged but outside of that, assuming the resulting actual output is sufficient for the subs, it should work fine.
