2 dual 4ohm subs on a hifonics bxi1606d amp

Just out of interest, I have 2 dvc subs the pioneer premiers rated at 1000w per sub and will be using the above amp to power them. Just wanted to know if I will be getting the full power to each sub from the amp. I will be hooking it up to run at 1ohm thanx to the help of you guys.

my amps rated at 1600w rms @ 1ohm but I hear this amp is slightly overated

yes, two dual 4 ohm subs can be wired into a one ohm final load to get the max out of that amp.

you'll get about 1300 out of that amp is all
