2 DD 2512 or 1 9515g on m3a for daily

do you have the room for another 2512 you would need 7.5 cubes which you could but 2 15s in that space.

if you have the space i would ship the 2512s off to be built to 15s and maybe get the motors supercharged just getting them built to 15 will be cheaper than a 9515 and idk how much more the supercharged option is but it still might be cheaper.

I have limited space in my truck if I go with a 3 rd I would have to have the port firing up. I been told at the shop by my house thats sells DD that a 9515 d1 would be louder on my m3a @ .5 ohm but I need more opinions to help making a decision I dont have much space and I dont want to do a blow threw.

The 2512 are $100 supercharged each or I can buy 1 9515 for $550
what i look at is the word daily. since you are throwing that much power to the subs i wouldnt run the m3 on the 9500 at .5 daily the sub might handle the power but it really will be stressed for daily .

and if 3 makes you put your subs forward and port up you prolly will be louder this way anyway.

most truck get the loudest subs forward port up.

i would move to 2 15s ported, sub forward port up personally and just pay to have the 2512s reconed.

more cone area will net u a gain considering the subs dont fight each other in the proposed design, which is why i would do 2-15s rather than 3-12s easier to design and cheaper

I have 2 DD 2512 in a 4.6 cube box @ 36 hz and it is pretty loud doing 147.2 DB for daily on m3a. I want louder but cant decide if I should get 1 more 2512, or go with 1 9515g @ .5 ohm on a m3a which is would be louder for daily which would be louder.
I'd say the 12's

2 9515s in 6 cubes will sound like ****..Your gonna need 10 cubes net to get the proper air space and port area..

If he can get 1.5 more cube he would be good to go..
It would be two 2515s not 9515s.

For the space of three 12s (7.5 cubes) he could run two 2515s.

Did you even read any of the thread?

2512 need no more than 2 cubes.. 6 net

The 2515s do nicely in 7ft..

You need to get dimensions of the cabin to make sure you have adequate space nnot only for the box but transfer..

I don't know how much space he has but even for 2 15s he still looking at 9 cubes while the 12s need about 7.5

the 2515s will do fine in 7.5 cubes net especially with that power. 4 4inch aeros would only take about half a cube extra, so 8cubes i can fit that fine in my truck with plenty of room for transfer. depending on the truck he might just have to make the box a little taller than he wanted but it can work fine
