I'm not attempting to knock you or anything like that, but I do wonder how you come to the conclusion that the rl-i would be the better sql driver if you just stated that you have never heard the DD8's? Again, it's not a diss, but I'm interested to know how you come to a conclusion of a winner without even knowing that DD made 8's.the rl-i 8's will take 500wrms easily. they might not need that much, but they will indeed handle it. i've given mine as much as 1200, no problems. 1200 is too much for one though..lol...
i've never heard the dd 8's, didn't know dd made an 8....but the bigger brethen of the 8's are indeed very capable subs.
i think the rl-i would be the better sql driver. offering teh best of both worlds...while i would think the dd more then capable of getting loud.
rl-i ftw!!

now i wouldnt straight up call it crap. Similar to what people say about MT's when you get to high high levels of output you can tell they where made to be burp subs. 9100's where awsome daily beaters IMO. 3500's the same, not XXX or Brahma or IDmax SQ levels but deff great for rap and rock.dd is synonymous for crap sq....
