Im deciding on weither to get these these two subs. I have a Cadillac STS so i have alot of room in the trunk. Im going to run them on a HiFonic 1605D amp. Ive heard 1 cvr 15 last year and sounded pretty good but never heard the pioneers. Im looking for that boom in your chest bass like your at a dance club with decient sound quality (mostly listen to rap music). I have a friend that has a 13w7 powered by a JL 1000/1 amp and d*mn it hits hard. I would like to keep up with him but not spend so much breaking the bank.
Also what about a (2) 15 L5's

i dont think people seen the bottom letter, (2) 15" l5's will beat the cvr's and the pioneers, if it was me and money wasnt that much of a issue, which its not going to be if ur just tryin to stay under jl audio's prices, get the l5 15's, you will not be dissapointed at all, and give ur buddy a good run for his money!

premiers are louder and sound way better than the L5, i've worked with both, and installed both, i have the L5 in my car now.. waiting for the solox in the mail, and thats a real sub.

but the premiers, definately, louder than the L5.

my 1 premier sealed in 1.8 cubes is louder than the 10L5 in 5 cubes ported, and sounded 3 times better.

i'm hoping the solox will live up to it's name.

my 10inch 2504spl is comparable to my old L5 10....both sealed the kicker had a slightly larger box....but my premeir gets just as loud and sounds 3x better...but considering the CVRs hes talking about are 15s i'd choose them...i didn't noticed that before i just thought it was 12s on both

with 4 runs of 0 gauge, and 2 SVR80's in the rear.
