This one is in my computer right now running on Windows 7 and it works fine. It uses software encoding. ATSC/NTSC/Clear QAM tuner. I watch local HD channels with the QAM tuner and the quality is great. Asking for $30 shipped.

As far as I know, most tv tuners are highly compatible with Windows 7 Media Center. You can read through reviews on many tuners on newegg,
amazon, or computer forums and you'll see that if you have Windows 7, you can get most tuners to work.
