2 channle amp for 6.5" kappa components

i just got a set of infinity kappa components and would like to have them powered by an amp. as of right now i am running them off my headunit that is rated at 30x4 rms watts.

i own a jeep and its hard to hear the dash speakers so i don't really use them, but the soundbar right over my head is what gives the better sound.

i have a budget of $125 total.

got a phoenix gold in the classifieds. its rated 50x2 @ 4 ohms Or 100 x @ 2 Ohms.

i got a older sony 4ch. it has amazing SQ. will do 30x4 at 4 and 50x4 at 2 ohm. cosmetically not so great. 55shipped
