2 channel amps vs 4 channel amps

wonder if using 2 x 2 channel amps will be as good as using 1 x 4 channel amps.

I am considering to use 2 x audison millenium (2 channel) instead of 1 audison 4.1k.

you can do what ever you want, most just run a 4 channel to save space

thanks blackbonnie. I presume that there's no quality differences of choosing either one.

Btw, anyone used Audison millenium before? Just wondering as it seems like old model (not listed in audison websites anymore), and thus i wonder of its quality.
