well initially i was going to run a hifonics colussus for daily us and a maximuss for burps... but i am thinking about running Ma audio instead with a hk4000d for daily and a hk10000d for burps... im running a 16v system so i should get some pretty high power levels.

I wish I could hear them too to compare to the original HD3's. But for the time being the original HD3's still get the job done and are still louder and sound better than 90% of subs on the market, they were a good bang for the buck at $374 shipped a 15, now it is absurd they are louder sound just as good and look better cosmetically and have more features and are $100 cheaper for that price he is almost robbing himself. He could easily charge 4-500 bucks a sub.

i wont have any numbers unitl late april early march... but in 3 different modeling programs it should do mid 150's on music and burp a 58 or 59... but we all know that you can never tell until its in the vehicle and the TL is up and running... honestly i dont care what the meter says... as long as its loud and sounds good i will be happy... if i am satisfied with 4000 watts i may not even put the 10K amp in unless i decide to go to a comp... it would just be for showing off anyway

mid 150's on music might be pushing it, burping that high without a wall is very pushing it. It should however be loud. id say low 150's on music, burping mid 150's at most. Good luck

do me a favor, once you break them in a bit (say a couple days of real good playing), press down evenly on the cone, and tell me if on the way down and up, the cone kind of sticks or "jerks". i think its the spiders.

mine is doing it, and ive never seen another woofer do this, and im not liking it.
