2 8's or 10's for a friend home from Iraq, need suggestions!

I'm trying to help out a friend who just got back from Iraq put a new system in his Ford F150 truck. Either 2 - 10's or 2 - 8's.

The max volume is about .75 cu ft sealed and the max mounting depth is 5.5" He's looking for SQ, but still wants it to get plenty loud if desired.

I have suggested 2 Image Dynamics 10" IDQ's. I know the SQ will be great, but will they get loud? Power is not a problem.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

if you are running around 600-800 watts, the treo tsi's are a great speaker. they sound great, very clean and energetic bass.

Where do you get Treo's from? I'm assuming you're talking about 8"

the tsi 10" is 4.5" deep, that woofer works well sealed with about 300-400 watts per speaker. the treo tsx 10" is 5.5" deep, and it works well with 500-700 watts. i have heard it sound great sealed, but hear that it sounds good and loud ported. the tsx's are more like the w6v2.

sorry i didnt get back to you sooner. i would try to call treo direct, or check for a dealer on their website, but it isnt very current, so calling would probably be best, they can ship out i'm sure or refer you to a dealer. http://www.treoonline.com
