Right now I have 2 SA-8D4 in a 1.5^3ft box @ 32hz on a Memphis PR1X1000. Sounds amazing.

Would there be any gains in either sound or output by adding a 3rd sub?

What about maybe a 4th. I really don't want to add another amp however so there in lies my question. Same amount of power but with more cone area.
