2 8" JBL GTO subs

I was looking for a subs with the smallest possible space in my car.

I found JBL GTO804 200 RMS sub with .3 cu.ft. I think I will not find less.

Is GTO SQ subs?

Do you recommend to install 1 or 2 subs?

AS my amp is not that powerfull for speakers. I'm thinking about using it with the sub(s) and get another amp for the speakers.

what do you think?

id say 2 of them. Buddy of mine had a pair but they were ported in 1.2@40hz...amazing sound that came from them. Running 400atts to the pair. Added a clarion eq to boost the voltage from a low volt deck and they were very pleasing. Not sure how much output u would get sealed

I had two of them a sealed box, being ran by an Alpine MRP-500 amp (500watts). I very suprised on how well they sounded at a high volume for being 8" subs!

same. running a pair sealed with about 400 to them and i am happy with the results, but that is inside the cabin. if they were in the trunk i don't think i would like them as much.
