those sigs are more less burp woofers. shocker parts are garbage IMO (unless you burp with 30k).... these have psi recones with 4 layer coils. yes 4 layer coil in the tight gap sig motor... probly the best sounding woofer ive ever heard... in the outback they did a 154.5 on 4500 watts clamped....

Shocker parts are hardly "garbage". The softparts are American made and there's guys running 40K per sub and not breaking them.... Try that with PSi parts...

That being said, those parts are definitely for huge power..... softer suspension is needed for daily/music applications.

The phrase "parts are garbage" is kind of contradictory to being able to withstand 30-40K tone bursts. They are just not a good fit for his application.

New Sundown (yellow) spider pack is terribly stiff, would you call that garbage?
