Carbon and kevlar skin with a core the 15 IIRC was 180 grams. 180-200 a pop. I'll see if he can do them and send you his info.

I've looked far and wide.

initially I was going to build my own version of a 9518 with the carbon cones but Bobby lingo never built them so I had to wait 2 weeks to get my money back then I decided Well I'll just go with the DD soft Parts you can't go wrong and then I talked to this guy I like two days after I ordered the soft parts from dd. I was sick.. lol

he had some pictures of what he did but this was like 5 years ago.

i know the cf fabric is like $30 / sq yard

but im sure is would be difficult

I think Rohacell is the ticket, you can get it on ebay. Nice and thick like B&W does, plus structure in the weave itself. That three layer technique is incredibly stiff. Shouldn't be any shredding if the core is thick enough.

It's expensive to get started. You gotta cook them to get the strength..
