2 15 l7's or 2 15 treo tsx's?

well i have the treo's on the way in the mail, but my original setup was to go with 2 15 l7's. looking at just spl here with roughly 1500-2000watts a piece which set up is going to put out the most? thanks

i'd love to take the treo's, and they are in the running(with 1/2 dozen others NOT including L7's) for what i'm going to put in my project ride. But why ask affter ordering?

L7s are without a doubt better for spl than the tsx's are.

yeah thats kind of what i thought. i got the treo's for 220 shipped. so i kinda had to take them. but im hoping with 1500-2000 a piece, i can hit somewhere around 145+

my mistake. i would still take the tsx over a l7 anyday. i heard two tsx 15"s ported with 2200 watts absolutly kill six boston 12"s.

L7s are without a doubt better for spl than the tsx's are.

its not a flat spl driver, and neither is the l7. btw, i would be willing to bet you have never heard a tsx.

this is going to be a ported set up in a ex-cab dakota. i'll be buying an amp or amps this week if i can find the right setup. the subs are dual4 so im having a hard time finding something with big power for relatively cheap, under $600. plus i've never heard treo's so i am curious how loud i can make these pound

Okay, never said they couldnt put up numbers, just said the l7s were far better for spl imo than the tsx's. We will have to agree to dissagree

treo's hit pretty hard man. i have L5's and i've had guys next to me shake my mirror harder than my own system does. i hope that changes with my new upgrade that i'm working on.

i would take the tsx just because i love my ssx15 even in my temp box for it(less then 2 cubes tuned to like 46)(wich i only put it in 2 test it) it is still loud. not as loud

as my type r's where but thats not even a fair match becasue the type r's had a good box. this 1 is 100%absolute shit. my new box(5.0 tuned to 32) will be ready thursday. if u can wait thta long i will tell u for sure what is better.... but i would still take the tsx
