2 12w6v2 or 1 13w7

looking for a lot of bass .. but the 2 12's take up a lot of room in the trunk.
if all you want is bass, then you can get louder cheaper than a W7. And usually, not always but usually, lots of bass requires large amount of box volume. Ask around for subs that get real loud with smaller boxes.

mine gets real loud with a small box //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif but also the box is a piece of shit now and I'm getting a new one soon I hope

yes i can...the W6 is simply an outstanding subwoofer. PERIOD. you aren't going to gainanything except some extra space in your trunk by doing what you proposed here. In fact, i think you will just be disappointed if you like what you got sound-wise already. You will definately lose some sound quality and volume by switching.

Most definitely keep the W6s. Many people here that have experience with both actually consider the W6 to be the better woofer. If JL ever comes out with a W7v2, that may change.

the 2 12W6v2 would be a lot better than one 13W7 IMO.

The W6v2 is an amazing woofer and sounds way too good and way better than the W7 and also can get very loud (to the ear).
