well from what i have seen, these two subs are always being compared. maybe not in here, but out in the streets and so on. yes they are 2 totally different subs, but like i said, they are always being compared. the solo will stomp on the w7 in spl, but in sq its the other way around. alot of people think that the w7 is some kind of immortal sub, and they seem to think that it cant be beat in spl, but they dont know jack. anyways, solo for spl/ w7 for sq.

honestly dude, anyone comparing these two subs in one on one is a f#cking dumbass period...not just directing it at you but those tools that you speak off, it makes absolutely no sense to do so...its just dumb...its like asking what sounds better for sq, a audiobahn or a mag...

what subs do you think would be the loudest2-12 kicker solo X's with the correct power and ported box size

2-12 jl audio W7's with the correct power and ported box size

and do the solo X subs sound good to normal music

speaking of solo's, this review is a pretty funny review i saw on sounddomain...
"yeah i got 8 of these in my mini cooper and i got 16 amlifiers. these are the best subs i ever had these things are so loud they made my bomb shelter fall in and collapse ive made 747 jumbo jet airlains fall though the sky cauz uv these subs. after that i got locked up for life but my friend took my car and came by the prison and turned it up not even 1/4 volume and the prison blew up and the walls fell the whole thing disinigrated. by the way my mini cooper gots a v12 double over head camshaft engine twin turbo"

gangsta's in the streets know all about these subs, and they know that the solo x and the w7 are basically the same thing....just ones square and the other is round....they are EXACTLY the same in every aspect and always be compared in ever thread....EVAR
