2 12" PA Mofo's, what amp?

Looking to put a loud, relatively inexpensive system in my 94 cadi.

Im looking at grabbing 2 12" Mofos and some new interior speakers.

My question is what amp will I need to really get these things loud.

Dont want too much power and end up blowing em up, or not enough and draining the amp til its death. Ive been looking at Power Acoustik amps as well.

The 3000, 2400, 1980, and 1800.

I think the 2400 would be perfect? Should I spend the extra cash for the 3000 or will the 2400 do just fine?

dont give em too much power, i dont think they can take it...i have 2 of the 15's i put in every once in a while and fvck it gets loud...i would give them their RMS and your will be deaf in less then 6 months...enjoy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

they take a goo damount of power ive beat those up pretty good testing them out.. had near double rated rms on them and they were fine.. got da^m loud to.. def didnt sound to hot doing it but they can get loud

I wouldn't use em, just get a nice type-r setup...

I have a 1600 watt power acoustik lying around. That wouldnt be enough would it?
