2 - 12" MTX Thunder Subwoofers, emblems rattle - Please help

I recently installed a pair of 12" MTX Thunder subwoofers, along with an MTX Terminator 200w amp in my truck. The subs were given to me by a friend and are at least a year old. The subs have plastic MTX emblems glued to them, and the emblems make an annoying rattling sound when the subs operate. I was wondering if anyone has ever encountered this problem before, and if so, what did you do to fix it.

I would attempt to remove the emblem if it's really the problem, but I am hoping you don't have an internal sub problem. You might want to remove the subs from the enclosure first and fully inspect everything under the cone. I would pin point my problem before I started to remove things though.

if they're the old school thunders, you can take a heat gun to them, at low heat, and that will soften up the adhesive on them enough to pull the decals without damaging the cone... just be careful not to heat up the adhesive around the cone too much.

but, i would also advise to inspect the subs completely before removing anything
