There dual 4 OHM, rated for 500wrms/1000max.

Theres a few dents and dings on them, but it doesn't effect there performance at all.

They come with the box if you buy them local, but i really don't want to ship the box.

So $200 Local in the near north burbs of chicago, or $200 + actual shipping w/o the box.
