2-12" BL or 1-15" BTL fully loaded?

im looking to change my setup. if i go the bl route, my box cuft will be 5-5.4cuft total including port area. if i go btl route, the box will be about the same total. they will be powered by a zx2500 which in the birth certificate says 2700 (if that matters)

now i want to know which will be louder. this will be for daily use in my dodge charger. i currently have 2-15" L7's sealed in a 4.2cuft box and it pounds, but i just want to change it up. plus, i have a feeling that i can get louder than it if i go the FI route. thanx

im also open to other suggestions.

2 12 bl's loaded will be louder than a btl 15 just get a good box for them.

i think 2 ported 12's will be louder than 1 15 in a ported box...

I don't think there is a difference besides having separate chambers for the subs..

i would have reaaly thought the 15" btl would have been louder
