Okay hopefully this weekend I'll get to building my friends truck box for his f250 crewcab. Box is going behind the back seat and we added a few inches by flipping the brackets that hold down the seat.

They are 2 10" l7's which will be run of two zx750.1's.

The box comes out to 3.94 cu ft gross, i don't have displacement for the subs.

I would like to use 4" aero's, If I use 3, 4" aero's it would be about 38sq in of port. And if I tune to 34hz each port would have to be almost 23" long and the height of the box is only 17". . . .

Here are the dimensions for the box.

60" wide

17" tall

11" deep on bottom

7" deep on top.

Double baffle for front, and port's facing up.

1. What is a good amount of port area?

2. Is two zx750.1's for 2 10" l7's too much power?

3. What is the displacement for a 10" L7?

You could get away with 2 4" aero's (or 1 6") if you desire. This would shorten the port length.

They will take the power if you don't abuse them. Use good judgement when playing.

Check the Kicker site, I know it tells the displacements where the specs are.

I know but they are $$$.... oh well i'll make my friend just get them. I had a box with 3 10's and a 8" pvc port and no port noise, thats why i wondered.
