2 10" ED 11Kv.2 or 4 8" ED 9Kv.2???

Either will fit under the seat in my truck, which set would you suggest? I have 1600 watts @ 1ohm or 900 @2ohm to play with. Looking for something that will sound good and also get fairly loud when I want it.
