I used the quad 1.5 coil signature version when they first came out as a sponsored competitor. We ran 1 HK4KD per coil. They would last for about 1 maybe two shows. However 1 HK4KD per sub lasted a year on street beat.

Over priced here, but decent subs.

You are correct. It is what MA says. But its a little unfair to someone who is new to think they are getting these bad *** 10kW subs. They are decent subs yes, but they are not rated correctly.

If all else fails, Im sure Dave at fixmyspeaker.com could build those motor and baskets into some beasts.

Your price is pretty close to being right. After you get lowballed left and right it should be correct.

Ma audio makes decent stuff, but i doubt these would take 2.5k on a daily basis for more than a few days. I had some of their lower line subs rated for 750 rms, and they took 500 each for about 10 hours play time before they blew. GLWS though. 500 is a good price for both of them.
