are they BNIB or used for 20 hours?

I live right out of superior wisconsin ( way north ) . .I work in Duluth MN, And i bought them brand new from a dealer last year who wanted to let them go cheap cuz he had new stuff coming in.. One of them has never seen wire , the other one was hooked up to my re sx12 for about 2-3 weeks or so.. Just to see how it sounded , then i swapped my sx and put my w7 back in along with my 1000/1 and the amps have'nt been touched since..
