i just built the exact same specs..except mine was out of birch with a aero.

designing for an s10 is fairly easy if you remove the jack mount. downfiring works better than anything i've done so far. downfired ported or sealed.

i always use aero's when i do them for myself. for 150$ i'll do slots.
