yeah, it's a charity show and the 1st of the season so we're doing things a little different. Like instead of our normal trophies we're doing framed plaques, so more money goes to charity, for the event fee's we're doing them at $10 instead of our normal $20. For the SPL portion it's a $10 donation per run, with Slammin Bass since you have to make two runs we'll do it for $10 for both. And the charity is the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, we're doing the show alongside Lower Level Customs, they are a local non-profit club.

and one more question, sorry lol, being as im already doing slammin 2, can i enter into another category as well? such as stock 2 or sumthing?

yes you can compete in both classes but it will be an additional fee for the other class

Junior got it, Slammin Bass is a different format than the Stock 2 db format, so you can always do both if you want. You just can't do something like Stock 2 and Pro Stock 2 because they are both in the same format.

There are other shows in the works, but nothing confirmed yet. I don't like to post or say anything til they are all set, just in case they don't happen.

I made that mistake last season, posted a couple shows cause I was certain they'd happen, but had to cancel them before they were really all set. Don't wanna get anyones hopes up or have anyone makes plans and then have a show get cancelled. I know I'd hate that if it happened.

I don't do shows outside of New England, hence the name, New England SPL, lol. Team NorthEast SPL has them all over the Northeast, including New York. But it's a matter of finding someone and and someplace to do one down your way. For me it's not worth it, but I'm sure someone could do it.

Some of the best shows that I have competed in were in Long Island. Speedworld in Riverhead use to do mega USACi shows a couple times a year.
