1994 ford ranger dash removal

by any chance does anyone know how to take off the dash of a 1994 ford ranger, because my friend wants me to put in his CD player, and i was seein if any of yall knew, so i dont have to waste time tryin to figure it out

u dont' take the dash off... go 2 walmart and get some radio removal keys... stick them in the holes of the radio til they click... then push them outwards and pull the radio out...
