1991 SPL build single 18 help

As the tital states, looking for experience as what has worked best for people running the same vehicle. I have a single RE MT 18, and I have 2 RD d's so plenty of power. Can't find any printed information on the MT but I am sure there are d some people with good experience with them. This will be SPL only not a daily driver ignoring will just be a burp box. Thanks for any help as it is a new vehicle and I an looking fir advice from people who have done builds in them. And also advice from people that have worked with the MT for SPL.
