1991 camaro

I have been rebuilding Chevys since before you were born son

what are your plans for your possible camaro purchase ?

Do you have a budget or you going to wing it ?

Who is doing the labor ?

LS engine ?

EFI?

Street strip?

In todays economy I would buy something nice, more money on the front end

but cars are selling for 40 cents on the dollar in the hot rod world - Id look for a nice

LS1 type car thats done or close to done ESP the body work

then re work it myself to make it run right (half the cars are tuned like dog crap)

.....some poor slob who has 25Gs tied up in it and you grab it for 12-13K

that don't mean nothing ...you just throw a paper in the back glass that says title applied for...i know a guy thats been riding around here like that for 2 years....
Awesome advice. No really, I mean it. I only have this WTF look on my face because I just ate a stale blue sweettart.

I can only assume you are joking. Non titled cars can, in many instances, never be retitled. The laws on this vary from state to state, and the reason for a lack of title in the first place.
