I recently sold my friend a pair of 12" MTX subs and an amp, but knowing very little about car stereos he asked me to install. well anyways, i cant find anywhere to run the power wire through the firewall. i really dont want to drill a hole, but if i have to i will. if anyone has any ideas let me know. thanks

i usually try to run the power wire through a pre-existing rubber gromet by poking a hole through it. you can usually find one on the passenger side where a large group of wires are passing through.

the hole where the wires go through is on the driver side of my buddies cavalier its a little newer but should be the same just look at the firewall and you should be able to find a rubber thing with all sorts of wires running threw it. i wouldnt recommend drilling a hole because the car defenitely has one already!
