box looks good love the desighn you got but isn't your entrance of your port smaller than you outer port on the outside of the box. won't that make it like a horn port or someting like that . but mostly it is a great looking box you got going man would like to hear it or see a vid of it when you get it done.

No sir, the port is consistent within about 1/10th of an inch all the way through. It might be the angle of the picture that makes it look off.

New pics up. I actually have some matching red carpet for these, but honestly my carpeting skills aren't that great. Any ideas on how to do this?

I really only need to carpet the front and sides.

I don't like the middle brace having such a small window. It is going to throw tuning off a little because the sub isn't "seeing" as much air space as your calculating program thinks.

May not be noticeable to the ear but I still wouldn't do it.
