two Z1's to the subs... about 6000watts total... and about 600watts to the front stage..

That's a musical box, not really suitable for burping (that is if you really want to be competative). Try to find room for more batteries, you're going to need it.

umm... you can burp any box/setup.

it'll be louder in an spl competition burping, than playing music...

I've run one of these amps off a single exide orbital battery (55ah, 750cca) and it was fine (amp would go into protect when giving about 3000watts though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif) but two of them, off three batteries, really shouldn't be an issue.

Ummm.......... 165ah in reserve for 6000 watts, I'm running more than that and I'm running half the power. Not trying to dog ya, just wouldn't want you to fry those DD powerplants.

Care to elaborate, as I have seen plenty of daily boxes get burped, interchangeable ports, etc...
