Hi: This is my first posting and I'm not sure how it works.
I have a 1957 Ford pushbutton AM tube and transister radio not installed that I wish to check out, but do not want to chance blowing it out without knowing which wires go to the speaker, and which go to hot or ground.
There are two black wires coming out of a hole on the left side ot the case. One goes to the off-on switch (12 volt?), and the other goes to a small copper wire coil.
On the back side of the radio case are two holes in a fibre cover, one of which connects with a green wire to a larger copper coil, then to ground. The other, a larger hole goes to ground. (speaker wires?)
I would certainly appreciate any help from someone with an answer.
Thanks, Ray
